释义	法律分析：火车票退票地点用户火车票网上预订成功后,无论是否换取纸质车票,均可在车站售票窗口办理改签、退票手续,目前代售点是不能办理退票的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
