法律分析：
三包是零售商业企业对所售商品实行“包修、包换、包退”的简称。指商品进入消费领域后，卖方对买方所购物品负责而采取的在一定限期内的一种信用保证办法。对不是因用户使用、保管不当，而属于产品质量问题而发生的故障提供该项服务。
法律依据：
《部分商品修理更换退货责任规定》 第三条 列入目录的产品实行谁经销谁负责三包的原则。销售者与生产者、销售者与供货者、销售者与修理者之间订立的合同，不得免除本规定的三包责任和义务。
