释义	法律分析：违反我国法律规定时无效。如单位安排加班应无条件付出。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。但第四十二条有下列情形之一的，延长工作时间不受本法第四十一条规定的限制：（一）发生自然灾害、事故或者因其他原因，威胁劳动者生命健康和财产安全，需要紧急处理的；（二）生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施发生故障，影响生产和公众利益，必须及时抢修的；（三）法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
