释义	法律分析： 1、定金、保证金(物)或抵押金(物)条款。禁止用人单位以任何形式向劳动者收取定金、保证金(物)或抵押金(物)。2、禁止约定劳动者在未完成劳动定额或承包任务的情况下，用人单位可低于最低工资标准支付劳动者工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。第二十五条除本法第二十二条和第二十三条规定的情形外，用人单位不得与劳动者约定由劳动者承担违约金。
