释义	法律分析：不可以。亲生父母子女关系是基于父母与子女之间天然的血缘关系形成的，因此不能通过当事人双方协议或法院判决解除，亲子之间签订的解除亲子关系的协议是没有任何法律效力的，即使签订了类似协议，该尽的抚养义务或赡养义务还是要尽的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十三条　对亲子关系有异议且有正当理由的，父或者母可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求确认或者否认亲子关系。对亲子关系有异议且有正当理由的，成年子女可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求确认亲子关系。
