赠与与遗赠的区别有哪些

法律分析：（一）两者的法律行为性质不同。遗赠是一种单方法律行为。而生前赠与则是双方法律行为，是一种合同关系。（二）两者发生法律效力的时间不同。遗赠必须在遗赠人死亡之后才能发生法律效力，而生前赠与只能在赠与人生前发生法律效力。（三）两者生效的条件不完全相同。遗赠只要有遗赠人的真实意思表示。而生前赠与还必须以交付
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百五十七条 赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
