释义	律师分析：签字印章不同于签字，如公司的法定代表人章与法定代表人亲笔签名有区别的。签字是指亲笔签名。一般签字较难伪造，真实性强。但是签字印章效力等同于签字。签章是在当事人的姓名或单位名上加盖印章。其作用有双保险的作用。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
