装修公司没有装修资质合同还会有效吗?

业主与不具备相关资质的装修公司订立的装修合同，属于全部无效或部分无效的合同，至于是全部无效还是部分无效，需要看装修公司所涉及的勘察、设计、施工资质，是全部无资质，还是部分无资质予以确定如全部无资质，则合同全部无效，如部分无资质，则合同部分无效

《建设工程质量管理条例》
第二条 本条例所称建设工程，是指土木工程、建筑工程、线路管道和设备安装工程及装修工程。
第七条 建设单位应当将工程发包给具有相应资质等级的单位。
