释义	对车辆非法改装、不符合安全标准的，限期整改，整改前不得上路从事运输；车辆逾期未检验、驾驶人逾期未审验的，立即停运；有违法未处理的，及时处理；车辆达到报废标准的，予以强制报废。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》第七十条违反本条例规定，客运经营者、货运经营者擅自改装已取得车辆营运证的车辆的，由县级以上道路运输管理机构责令改正，处5000元以上2万元以下的罚款。
