释义	法律分析：有一定的道理，但不一定绝对有利。被告到庭主要就是可以给自己进行辩解，提供对自己有利的证据。法院要做缺席判决:法院会根据现有证据作出判决，而被告没来当然就不能有对自己有利的证据，而原告到庭提供的都是对自己有利的证据，所以基本就被告败诉了。要是一看原告的证据都是不可靠的，原告也不能胜诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理；被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
