释义	企业倒闭了对于欠税的偿还问题，在企业在欠税的情况下面临无力偿还债务、缴纳税款，甚至公司再持续正常运转经营的情况下，及时企业宣布倒闭，也不能消除企业欠税的事实，仍需追缴企业欠税税款，并且相对其他普通的债权可以优先偿还。法律依据：《企业资产损失税前扣除管理办法》第三十七条企业由于未能按期赎回抵押资产，使抵押资产被拍卖或变卖，其账面净值大于变卖价值的差额，可认定为资产损失，按以下证据材料确认：（一）抵押合同或协议书；（二）拍卖或变卖证明、清单；（三）会计核算资料等其他相关证据材料。
