释义	如果将单车骑回家会不会犯法取决于自己的行为是否涉嫌违法，如果以非法占有为目的，拆除GPS定位系统，或者非法开锁等，将共享单车骑回家藏匿，不予以归还的，则涉嫌盗窃。情节较重的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处1000元以下罚款。法律依据：《中华人民喊李洞共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十九条盗窃、诈骗、哄抢、抢夺、敲诈勒索或者故扰尘意损毁公私财物的，郑枯处5日以上10日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款;情节较重的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处1000元以下罚款。
