释义	法律分析: 公安机关消防机构在火灾事故调查过程中，应当根据情况做出处理。法律依据: 《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》涉嫌消防安全违法行为的，按照《公安机关办理行政案件程序规定》调查处理；涉嫌其他违法行为的，及时移送有关主管部门调查处理。依照有关规定应当给予处分的，移交有关主管部门处理。对经过调查不属于火灾事故的，公安机关消防机构应当告知当事人处理途径并记录在案。
