释义	目前并没有相关法律规定可以坐副驾驶位置年龄的限制，但部分省市规定了机动车前排不得乘坐未满十二周岁的未成年人。一般来说，十二周岁以下的小孩都不宜坐在前排。因为当紧急刹车时，家长根本无力也无法及时给副驾驶位的儿童提供保护。再加上汽车的安全带也是按成人标准来设计的。所以出于安全考虑，不满十二岁的儿童最好不要独坐前排副驾驶。
