个体工商户财务负责人可以是法人吗

法律分析：个体工商户不属于法人。个体工商户是指公民在法律允许的范围内，依法经核准登记，从事工商业经营的家庭或户，个体工商户还可以起字号，并以其字号进行活动；农村承包经营户是指农村集体组织的成员，在法律允许的范围内，按照承包合同规定从事商品经营的家庭或户。
法律依据：《个体工商户条例》 第三条 县、自治县、不设区的市、市辖区工商行政管理部门为个体工商户的登记机关（以下简称登记机关）。登记机关按照国务院工商行政管理部门的规定，可以委托其下属工商行政管理所办理个体工商户登记。
