释义	法律分析: 超证的意思是一辆车只能有三个驾驶证处理违章，超过三个即为超证，办不了。对一年内同一驾驶人，为非本人所有的3辆以上不同号牌机动车销分，或3名以上的驾驶人为同一号牌机动车接受违法行为处理的，将列入涉嫌代替接受处理的重点人员名单。法律依据: 《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十六条对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，处罚与记分同时执行。机动车驾驶人一次有两个以上违法行为记分的，应当分别计算，累加分值。
