释义	法律分析：不用。被假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，由公安机关予以监督，如果没有刑法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。被假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内犯新罪，应当撤销假释，依照刑法第七十一条的规定实行数罪并罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十五条被假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，由公安机关予以监督，如果没有本法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。
