离婚起诉一定要当事人一人去开庭吗？
释义
离婚案件的当事人开庭要到场，本人除不能表达意思的除外。对于因特殊情况不能出庭的，当事人必须要有是否同意离婚的书面意见提交给人民法院。诉讼离婚是指夫妻双方就是否离婚或者财产的分割、债务的分担、子女的抚养等问题无法达成一致的意见，向人民法院起诉，通过调解或判决解除婚姻关系的离婚制度。

《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十二条
离婚案件有诉讼代理人的，本人除不能表达意思的以外，仍应出庭；确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。
