释义	劳动合同没到期的，如果想离职需要提前三十天以书面形式通知单位，如果是在试用期的，需要提前三天通知单位，而不能直接离职走人。如果劳动者按照法律规定提前通知单位了，三十天后或者三天后劳动者可以直接离职，不需要单位的批准。如果单位因为不同意劳动者离职而克扣工资的，劳动者可以申请劳动仲裁，或者向劳动监察大队投诉。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
