释义	法律分析：刑事第一审程序是法院对刑事案件进行的初次审判。第一审法院通过对案件的实体审理,对案件事实作出认定,并依照法律就被告人的罪责问题作出裁判。我国实行两审终审制，所以没有所谓的三审，但还是有第二审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第十条人民法院审理民事案件，依照法律规定实行两审终审制度。所谓两审终审制度是指某一案件经过两级人民法院审判后即告终结的制度。
