释义	押金条丢失的，并不会改变交付押金的事实，在对方退押金时，你只要向对方出具一份原押金条作废的声明或证明就可以的。但是，如果对方因此而不承认曾经收到你的押金，而你又不能提供押金条，或有其它证据可以证明你曾经交付押金的，则你要承担举证不能的法律后果，是无法要求退押金的了。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
