释义	法律分析：会。民法典中如果配偶出现死亡的情形时，夫妻双方的婚姻关系会自动解除的。其主要的原因是民法典对于被宣告死亡人婚姻关系的规定，是自被宣告死亡之日起就消除，而对于一方配偶死亡的情形下，其婚姻关系当然也是被消除的，因此从这个意义上讲，一方出现配偶死亡的婚姻关系就会自动解除的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十一条被宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消除。死亡宣告被撤销的，婚姻关系自撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复。但是，其配偶再婚或者向婚姻登记机关书面声明不愿意恢复的除外。
