释义	法律分析：减轻损害原则也叫采取适当措施避免损失扩大原则，是指在一方违约并造成损害后，受害人必须采取合理措施以防止损害的扩大，否则，受害人应对扩大部分的损害负责，违约方此时也有权请求从损害赔偿金额中扣除本可避免的损害部分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十一条当事人一方违约后，对方应当采取适当措施防止损失的扩大;没有采取适当措施致使损失扩大的，不得就扩大的损失请求赔偿。
