释义	法律分析：网签只是房管局过户前的一个例行手续而已，如果仅仅进行了网签，而又没有签订其他的买卖合同，没有约定是否收取定金，这样的网签是可以毁约的。如果在其它买卖合同上面收取了定金，则不能违约。否则已经交付的定金，卖方应当双倍返还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
