释义	法律分析：应当及时的通知保险公司，要求理赔，当然如果车子出现无刮擦、碰撞痕迹时的单独划痕，就可以由划痕险来赔，但是要是在行驶过程中出现的碰撞、刮擦而导致的汽车漆面的划痕，就不在划痕险理赔范围了。法律依据：《机动车辆保险附加险条款》第一条保险责任，(一)保险车辆(含投保的挂车)全车被盗窃、被抢劫、被抢夺，经县级以上公安刑侦部门立案证实，满三个月未查明下落;(二)保险车辆在被盗窃、被抢劫、被抢夺期间受到损坏或车上零部件、附属设备丢失需要修复的合理费用。
