释义	刑事诉讼辩护人的范围不包括的人有：1、被执行缓刑的或者身上还有刑罚没有完成的人；2、被剥夺了人身自由的人；3、没有行为能力的人；4、在法院、检察院、公安部门以及其他相关部门工作的人员；5、法院的陪审人员；6、对于该案件来说有关系的人；7、非本国国籍的或者无国籍的人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第三十三条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人除自己行使辩护权以外，还可以委托一至二人作为辩护人。
