释义	法律分析：合同主体发生变更，即由新的合同当事人代替旧的合同当事人，但合同的客体，即合同的标的并没有发生变化。实际是合同的转让。在签订合同之后主体是否发生变化要结合实际的情况来定，并不是其中一方提出变更，另一方就一定要配合变更。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十八条承诺的内容应当与要约的内容一致。受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更的，为新要约。有关合同标的、数量、质量、价款或者报酬、履行期限、履行地点和方式、违约责任和解决争议方法等的变更，是对要约内容的实质性变更。
