一、工程验收应具备哪些条件
1、工程验收应具备以下条件：
(1)、完成建设工程设计和合同规定的各项内容。
(2)、有相关材料的进场报告。
(3)、有完整的技术档案和施工管理资料。
(4)、有相关单位签署的质量合格文件。
(5)、建设单位以按合同支付工程款，并有工程款支付证明等。
2、法律依据：《民法典》
第七百九十三条 建设工程施工合同无效，但是建设工程经验收合格的，能不能参照合同关于工程价款的约定折价补偿承包人。
建设工程施工合同无效，且建设工程经验收不合格的，按照以下情形处理：
(一)修复后的建设工程经验收合格的，发包人能不能请求承包人承担修复费用;
(二)修复后的建设工程经验收不合格的，承包人无权请求参照合同关于工程价款的约定折价补偿。
二、建设工程的质保期是怎么规定的?
在正常使用条件下，建设工程的最低保修期限为：
(1)基础设施工程、房屋建筑的地基基础工程和主体结构工程，为设计文件规定的该工程的合理使用年限;
(2)屋面防水工程、有防水要求的卫生间、房间和外墙面的防渗漏，为5年;
(3)供热与供冷系统，为2个采暖期、供冷期;
(4)电气管线、给排水管道、设备安装和装修工程，为2年。
(5)其他项目的保修期限由发包方与承包方约定。
(6)建设工程的保修期，自竣工验收合格之日起计算。
