一、刑事案件收费标准
(一)刑事案件收费按照各办案阶段分别计件确定收费标准。
1、侦查阶段，每件收费2000—10000元。
2、审查起诉阶段，每件收费2000—10000元。
3、一审阶段，每件收费4000—30000元。
4、上述收费标准下浮不限。
(二)二审、死刑复核、再审、申诉案件以及刑事自诉案件按照一审阶段的收费标准收取律师服务费。
(三)一个律师事务所代理一个案件的多个阶段，自第二阶段起酌减收费。
(四)被害人提起刑事附带民事诉讼案件的，按照民事诉讼案件收费标准收取律师服务费。
(五)犯罪嫌疑人、被告人同时涉及几个罪名或者数起犯罪事实的，可按照所涉罪名或犯罪事实分别计件收取。
二、民事诉讼案件收费标准
(一)民事诉讼案件按审判阶段确定收费标准。
1、计件收费标准。
每件收费3000—10000元。
2、按标的额比例收费标准。
10万元以下(含10万元)，10%(最低收费3000元)；
10万元至100万元(含100万元)，6%；
100万元至1000万元(含1000万元)，4%；
1000万元以上，2%。
按当事人争议标的额差额累进计费。
3、上述收费标准下浮不限。
(二)实行风险代理收费，最高收费金额不得高于与委托人约定的财产利益的30%。
(三)再审、申诉案件分别按照一个审判阶段确定的收费方式和收费标准收取律师服务费。
(四)一个律师事务所代理一个案件的多个阶段，自第二阶段起酌减收费。
三、行政诉讼案件和国家赔偿案件收费标准
(一)行政诉讼案件和国家赔偿案件以每个审判阶段计件确定收费标准。
(二)计件收费标准为每件3000——10000元。下浮不限。
(三)涉及财产关系的，可比照民事诉讼案件按标的额比例收费标准执行。
四、计时收费标准
100元—3000元/有效工作小时。下浮不限。
(一)案件法律关系复杂，律师办案时间明显多于同类案件的；
(二)案件涉及疑难专业问题，对律师专业水平要求明显高于同类案件的；
(三)重大涉外案件及有重大社会影响的案件。
