释义	单务合同没有同时履行抗辩权。《民法典》第五百二十五条规定：“当事人互负债务，没有先后履行顺序的，应当同时履行。一方在对方履行之前有权拒绝其履行请求。一方在对方履行债务不符合约定时，有权拒绝其相应的履行请求。”同时履行抗辩权是指双务合同的当事人应同时履行义务的，一方在对方未履行前，有权拒绝对方请求自己履行合同的权利。因此同时履行抗辩权是存在于双务合同中，单务合同没有同时履行抗辩权。法律依据《民法典》第五百二十五条
