释义	劳动合同丢失是可以补签的。劳动合同一般一式二份，由劳动者本人、用人单位各保存一份。如果劳动者保存的一份丢失，可以到用人单位复印他们保存的一份，然后加盖印章，标注复印来源即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
