消防不过关的房子是否可以出租
释义
消防验收不合格房屋不可以租赁。消防验收不合格的房屋属于法律法规禁止出租的房屋，未经过登记备案，租赁主体不合法，出租人就未经批准或者未按照批准内容建设的建筑与承租人订立的租赁合同无效。
法律依据：
《商品房屋租赁管理办法》 第六条 有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：
（一）属于违法建筑的；
（二）不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；（三）违反规定改变房屋使用性质的；
（四）法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。
