释义	法律分析：企业里不安排工作，不作辞退处理，主要原因是： 1、为了规避支付被辞退员工辞退补偿金。逼迫员工无法忍受自行离开。 2、员工没有过错而予以辞退，企业担心动摇人心，不利企业人才稳定。因而采取的”拖延战术“。 3、为了减低辞退成本，企业方不再为辞退派员做艰苦的辞退说明说服工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十七条用人单位违反本法规定解除或者终止劳动合同的，应当依照本法第四十七条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
