释义	法律分析：用人单位不给员工安排岗位，不发工资，属于事实上解除劳动关系的行为，也就是辞退了劳动者。劳动者可以申请劳动仲裁，要求该用人单位支付赔偿金，标准为每工作1年支付2个月本人工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二十七条劳动争议申请仲裁的时效期间为一年。仲裁时效期间从当事人知道或者应当知道其权利被侵害之日起计算。
