释义	法律分析：搜查令是由检察机关签发的，并由检察长签字。搜查只能由人民检察院或公安机关签发，其他任何机关都无权签发。但在执行逮捕或拘留时，遇有紧急情况，不另用搜查证也可以搜查，但不得侵犯公民的合法权益，并且搜查完毕后应及时补办搜查证。法律依据：《人民检察院刑事诉讼规则》第一百七十八条人民检察院办理直接受理侦查的案件，应当严格依照刑事诉讼法规定的程序，严格遵守刑事案件办案期限的规定，依法提请批准逮捕、移送起诉、不起诉或者撤销案件。对犯罪嫌疑人采取强制措施，应当经检察长批准。
