释义	法律分析：高速路上违停，对行为人处以两百元的罚款。驾驶营运客车出现上述行为，一次扣12分。驾驶营运客车以外的机动车高速违停，则一次扣六分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。《道路交通安全违法行为记分分值》第一条机动车驾驶人有下列违法行为之一，一次记12分：（八）驾驶营运客车在高速公路车道内停车的；
