我辞职了老板扣我半个月工资合法吗

法律分析:
不合法。员工违反提前30天书面通知的规定,因此给企业造成损失的,企业可以要求员工承担赔偿责任。辞职提前一个月是劳动合同法规定的,这个是合法的。但是并没有规定没有提前就扣半个月工资,这个是不合法的。
法律依据:
《工资支付暂行规定》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时,用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
