释义	法律分析：分公司不用开设基本户,可以开设临时帐户或者一般帐户进行日常账务往来。分公司的注册基本是和开设新公司的程序相同的,如果是开设办事处就简单些了,没有这些程序,直接由总公司管理,相关税账也由总公司处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十四条公司可以设立分公司。设立分公司，应当向公司登记机关申请登记，领取营业执照。分公司不具有法人资格，其民事责任由公司承担。公司可以设立子公司，子公司具有法人资格，依法独立承担民事责任。
