释义	法律分析：无效合同不需要解除。因为无效合同自始无效，解除合同是相对于已经生效的合同而言的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。第一百五十四条行为人与相对人恶意串通，损害他人合法权益的民事法律行为无效。第一百五十五条无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
