释义	法律客观：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十七条传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时；案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。对被盘问人的留置时间自带至公安机关之时起不超过二十四小时，在特殊情况下，经县级以上公安机关批准，可以延长至四十八小时，并应当留有盘问记录。对于批准继续盘问的，应当立即通知其家属或者其所在单位。对于不批准继续盘问的，应当立即释放被盘问人。
