法律分析：
最低工资标准包含社保。 社会保险的费用由两部分组成，一部分是单位缴交的，一部分是个人缴交的。 最低工资标准，是指劳动者在法定工作时间或依法签订的劳动合同约定的工作时间内提供了正常劳动的前提下，用人单位依法应支付的最低劳动报酬。也就是说最低工资标准其实包含了个人缴交的社会保险费用在内。 对个人缴纳的社会保险费能否计入最低工资标准。 所以，用人单位在依法代扣代缴社会保险费后，劳动者领取的工资是可能低于当地月最低工资标准的。

第二十条 国家建立和完善新型农村社会养老保险制度。
新型农村社会养老保险实行个人缴费、集体补助和政府补贴相结合。
第二十一条 新型农村社会养老保险待遇由基础养老金和个人账户养老金组成。
参加新型农村社会养老保险的农村居民，符合国家规定条件的，按月领取新型农村社会养老保险待遇。
