行纪合同不属于代理合同。行纪合同是行纪人以自己的名义为委托人从事贸易活动，委托人支付报酬的合同。代理的一般做法是由委托人与代理人签订代理协议，授权代理人在一定范围内代表其向第三者进行商品买卖或处理有关事务。
