释义	法律分析: 拟聘用人员公示指事业单位、国家机关等单位招用经过考试的人员，向单位以及社会进行公示。公示期内无人提出异议或投诉，就正式聘用公示名单中的人员。《中华人民共和国公务员法》第三十二条招录机关根据考试成绩、考察情况和体检结果，提出拟录用人员名单，并予以公示。公示期不少于五个工作日。公示期满，中央一级招录机关应当将拟录用人员名单报中央公务员主管部门备案；地方各级招录机关应当将拟录用人员名单报省级或者设区的市级公务员主管部门审批。
