释义	【法律意见】除非存在显失公平、重大误解等事项，否则双方签字的协议是有效的。【法律依据】交通事故处理工作规范第七十五条经调解达成协议的，交通警察制作“交通事故损害赔偿调解书”，由各方当事人签名，交通警察签名并加盖公安机关交通管理部门交通事故处理专用章，分别送交各方当事人。经调解未达成协议或者当事人在调解过程中放弃调解的，交通警察应当终结调解，制作“交通事故损害赔偿调解终结书”，交通警察签名并加盖公安机关交通管理部门交通事故处理专用章，分别送交各方当事人。
