释义	法律分析：同一公民同时拥有两个及以上户口是违法的，一个人只能有一个户口。法律依据：《常住户口登记管理规定》第四条公民应当依照本规定在经常居住地登记常住户口，一个公民只能在一个地方登记常住户口。第六十三条公安机关发现公民有两个以上常住户口的，户口所在地县级公安机关治安（户政）管理部门应当组织调查核实，并按规定注销非法或者错误登记的户口。
