员工辞急工公司不批准 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
用人单位应当结清工资，但劳动者应当赔偿损失。自离，自动离职，指劳动者根据用人单位和自身情况擅自离职，而强行解除与用人单位的劳动关系的一种行为。因辞职或要求解除合同未准，擅自离职或违约出走；未说明原因不辞而别；受优厚待遇诱惑擅自“跳槽”等均属自动离职。属于违法解除合同。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第九十条 对用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。用人单位要求劳动者赔偿损失的，应当承担举证责任。
