释义	律师解答：实习有工资，只要工作，即使一天用工单位也必须给应付的工资。只要和企业建立了事实劳动关系，企业就应当支付劳动者的工资，不管是不是试用期，不管企业的性质。【法律依据】：《普通高等学校毕业生就业工作暂行规定》第四十五条毕业生就业后，其工资标准和福利待遇按国家有关规定执行，工龄从报到之日计算。第四十六条到非公有制单位就业的毕业生，其档案按国家有关规定进行管理，工资待遇由毕业生与用人单位协商确定，但工资标准原则上应不低于国家规定。
