问题	我国刑法对盗掘古脊椎动物化石罪的处罚规定?
释义	犯本罪的，处3年以上10年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金：情节较轻的，处3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；具有下列情形之一的，处10年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或考死刑，并处罚金或者没收财产：1、盗掘确定为全国重点文物保护单位和省级文物保护单位的古人类化石、古脊椎动物化石的；2、多次盗掘古人类化石、古脊椎动物化石的；3、盗掘古人类化石、古脊椎动物化石、并盗窃珍贵文物或者造成珍贵文物严重破坏的。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百二十八条
