释义	法律分析: 网上在逃人员撤销的办法：若想要解除网逃，被网上通缉的当事人应当主动到公安机关投案自首。应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。犯罪以后自动投案，如实供述自己的罪行的，是自首。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十三条公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。
