释义	律师解答：疫情发生在诉讼时效期间的最后六个月内，并导致当事人不能行使请求权的，民事诉讼时效中止。应注意的是，自中止时效的原因消除之日起六个月内，当事人应积极行使请求权，否则诉讼时效期间届满。申请执行时效、仲裁时效的中止问题与前述诉讼时效中止问题相同。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月;还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
